That's a win/win. I did notice that two sets of banners were hung in the wrong areas. We will want to review that before the next change-out. What was the cost?

Subject: Update on banners

Dear City Council,

This is a follow-up from last Council meeting. With all of the work our crews are doing on the I&I issues around town or Operations Supervisor, Andy Peters, was successful in contracting that work out. It was less expensive to contract the work out than it was to rent the equipment and have our crews perform the work. We will continue to monitor the most cost and time effective way to keep the banner program rolling along. Thanks and have a good weekend.
