Hi Dan,
Here is the email that I never seemed to get around to sending out regarding banners.
We intend to have a total of four times each year to install/change/remove banners. Because of weather damage from winter storms we had intended the following schedule:
Install Get to Know Molalla banners at the end of March.
Change banners to 4th of July at the end of May.
Change banners to Get to Know Molalla at the middle of July.
Remove Get to Know Molalla at the end of October.
Clean, repair, and store banners from November to March.
The initial installation date can be changed if you want it earlier but once we set the date I only want to program the crews once. They don’t deal well with changes.
The other item we needed regarding the banners is the budgeted item in the new City Council budget for the General Fund. My recommendation is to budget $12,000 each year. Staff time and lift rental is almost $2,500 per occurance. The additional $2,000 is for cleaning and repairs.
Finally, we need the original electronics necessary to recreate any banner that may get destroyed. I have not received a copy of that from Leota so we can save it in a safe place. Let me know if any of the above needs to be changed like the start date. Thanks.

Gerald we should have all the repaired banners by February 1st. I believe you could schedule re-installment the week February 12 – February 16th.
4th of July Banners could go up the first week of June and come down the last week of July. I am getting confirmation on this.
We should have the electronic versions by tomorrow.
