Leota – I made a few changes to the MOU. I think it is important to keep the MOU focused on hanging the banners only. If you/cohort want specific items from the City for the celebration then I think we handle that outside the MOU. Finally, we have discussed hanging the banners and taking them down. We have not discussed producing 4th of July banners. I am here all day today and believe it or not I have zero meetings on my schedule if you want to chat.
