I believe the banners are being printed, I am going to say early/mid-June in time for the 4^th but that hinges on when we get the banners. Leota will have a better time frame than that I’m sure.

Public Works will also need to know when we have to have the banners installed. Our crews are extremely busy with repairs and dealing with citizen concerns, etc. Thanks.

Hi Leota,

When can the city expect the residual check left over from the banner fundraising efforts to help cover maintenance, staff costs and other expenses that might be incurred with the program? ODOT and PGE have permitted the 4^th of July banners.

I have copied those affected so a GL can be set up, internal tracking can take place and staffing arrangements can be made.
