Hi Leota,
When can the city expect the residual check left over from the banner fundraising efforts to help cover maintenance, staff costs and other expenses that might be incurred with the program? ODOT and PGE have permitted the 4th of July banners.
I have copied those affected so a GL can be set up, internal tracking can take place and staffing arrangements can be made.
