Dan,

In order to get PGE permits I will need to know the locations (poles), copies of the bracketing system specifications, and an example of mounting height. PGE will require all of these. I do not know if there will be a one time or annual cost from PGE and I do not know how long it will take to get approvals from PGE to hang the banners. Have you or Leota been in contact with a PGE representative and can I get their name and number. Thanks.
