Greetings All,

I met with Connie Farrens this morning regarding the mystery surrounding the Chamber's banner brackets. We have put behind us the question of who had what and when.

1. The Chamber of Commerce will keep the brackets they own for future use.

2. The banners are on order to be picked up by January 11.

3. Forty sets of brackets are also on order and will be picked up by January 11.

If you have further questions or concerns regarding the banner project, or any part thereof, please reply to me using "reply to all" so that everyone is kept in the loop. City Manager Dan Huff must be copied on all emails to any City staff member.
