When I searched earlier for "City of Molalla Transportation Master Plan", I got this link as one of the results. That must be how I ended up with the draft.

I checked our website an the final document is in there. Here is the link.
The one on the planning site is mislabeled but is the current version. I will have them update their page.
Let me know where you found the draft version. I’ve been unsuccessful in finding it but we need to make sure it isn’t hidden somewhere in an old location. Thanks and have a good weekend.
