There is no wastewater moratorium map. There is a street cut moratorium map. Is that what you were looking at?

I was on the website last night and saw a wastewater moratorium map.

I was not able to find any other documents explaining it the purpose of it.

again I heard back from the grapevine that there will be a "moratorium" on new construction.
