Hi Angie,

The only folks that can locate a property line are Oregon Licensed Surveyors. There are several in the area around Molalla but we can't recommend any as a government entity. The spray paint is either a surveyor or possibly a locator. Whenever someone intends to dig on their property they are required to call One Call for locates. It’s a free service to every and helps prevent accidentally hitting buried utilities. Hope that helps.

I would like to verify our property line. Recently a surveyor spray painted the mulch in our yard. I would like to be certain that the space we have always known to be our space is correct. You came recommended from Rhonda Hidy, she is our neighbor.
