Mrs. Sheckard,

Molalla Forest Road has been closed to vehicular traffic for a couple of decades now and is a designate bicycle and pedestrian pathway. Agencies are only required to provide one access to public right of way. The access for your property is on Hwy 211. If you have a signed agreement from the City that states otherwise, then please provide a copy of that to my office so I can review with our City Attorney. Thank you.
