Hi John,
Correct, OR 211 and Leroy and the trips left were 42. The old report has traffic numbers from 2018 which is too old so the traffic counts will need to be updated and the same logic applied. It will likely have dropped below 40 with traffic growth.

What was the intersection that was going to need improvements with further development? Was it 211 and Leroy? And they only had something like 7 trips left until a signal was warranted? We have a client looking into a potential commercial development on Hwy 211, pretty close to the Colima Apartments.
