Hi Brianna,
We need to make a copy of the documentation so I can review what the language says. Please see Sam, Julie or ask for Darlene so they can get the copy to me. I'll be in the office this week and next week. Thanks.

Brianne,
I will be out the next two days but Public Works is the correct destination for that document as it pertains to the Right-of-Way.

Subject: Forest reserve vehicle access
Hi Dan,
I stopped in yesterday to show you a document that came with our land purchase. Its an agreement with forest reserve to access our land thru what you want to make a bike and walking trail from toliver to Main st. I would like the city to take a look at it and maybe come up with a resolution to access this property by vehicle maybe going thru LGIs bear creek over the ped path. Can you please call me with your thoughts and possibly reviewing the document and photos for 1964 we have in our possession with the purchase of the property?
Thanks in advance
Brianna Sheckard
