We have been noticing a foul odor that seems to come and go and was quite prevalent yesterday on 9/17/19. Several of our neighbors have also spoken to me about it.
I have been told that it is coming from a plant located on Industrial Way. I don't know if it is toxic but it is quite noticeable and very unpleasant.
