I have CC’d Dan Zinder, GIS Analyst in this email. He will be able to get you information on the utilities once he returns from vacation on the 11th. In the meantime, I can tell you that there is a 6” waterline and 8” sewer line fronting the properties on Eckerd Avenue. Storm will be through weep holes that will need to be installed in curb. Sewer appears to be about 6 feet deep and water is likely 2.5 feet deep. Dan will be able to provide the engineer or contractor with more detailed information when you get to that point in the project.

Hi Carol,
You are correct, the parcels you are interested in are zoned Residential Medium-High Density (R-3) and the correct code section to identify the allowed uses is Chapter 17-2.1 – Establishment of Zoning Districts. You can visit our webpage (https://www.cityofmolalla.com/planning) and click on the “Municipal Code” link and “Title 17 Development Code” to get all of the relevant zoning information for the parcels. However, should you have a specific zoning question, please let me know and I will get back to you.
Public Works/Engineering is Cc’d on this email, so they can let you know any information related to the utilities in the area.
