In the meantime, I can tell you that there is a 6” waterline and 8” sewer line fronting the properties on Eckerd Avenue. Storm will be through weep holes that will need to be installed in curb. Sewer appears to be about 6 feet deep and water is likely 2.5 feet deep. Dan will be able to provide the engineer or contractor with more detailed information when you get to that point in the project. You can visit our webpage (https://www.cityofmolalla.com/planning) and click on the “Municipal Code” link and “Title 17 Development Code” to get all of the relevant zoning information for the parcels.
