I am completing the septage management plant worksheet for the Sewage Disposal Service Business License for DEQ, in Eugene. It is asking me for "a copy of a letter form the treatment plant operator which authorizes your business to dispose septage at the treatment plant. The letter must indicate the type of septage the plant has agreed to receive from your business. ".

We are looking for a sewage treatment plant to dispose of chemical toilet waste. Do you happen to know of a treatment plant we could take the waste to?

We would be cleaning our portable restrooms we use at farms.
