Dear A Grant,
We have had multiple emails and phone calls regarding Lexington Estates HOA that originate from more than one person. What would be helpful on our end to get information that is clear and concise out to your group would be to have one main point of contact from the HOA. Please work with Rhonda Ruppel and Amy Grant to designate a main point of contact and perhaps we can schedule a meeting to cover all topics that will help answer your questions. Thanks.

Sidewalk construction along public right of way within the City of Molalla is under the purview of the City of Molalla. There is no difference if an HOA exists.
The City of Molalla may be interested in Creamery Creek property. However, you may want to find out from the HOA if there is any interest prior to proceeding. The City of Molalla will not assume all costs.

Hi Dan/Rhonda
Have I missed a response to this email? One more question, who is responsible for sidewalk installation within the city of Molalla? Does it differ if there is or is not an HOA?
Thanks!!

Good afternoon Dan,
My name is Rhonda Ruppel, I spoke to you earlier today regarding Lexington Estates. I have also included my partner in crime, Amy Grant in this email. She and I have been heading up the fact finding regarding the HOA.
When I spoke to you this afternoon you indicated that the city of Molalla owns one piece of property within Lexington Estates. You stated that it was the property at Shenandoah and Mary.
However looking at our zoning map that we have attached to this email, we are showing two different properties owned by the city?
Gifting current owned greenspaces of the HOA.
You mentioned that the city may be interested. However the greenspaces would need to be surveyed, understandable. Would the HOA be responsible to pay for the surveys or would that fall on the city? Also you mentioned a potential benefit for the city to own the Creamery Creek and pond greenspace within the HOA. Could you please elaborate on that? Last, if gifting the greenspaces to the city, what does that take to accomplish? Sorry, I did not take very good notes during our conversation. We want to make sure we have accurate facts before presenting to our potential board members.
We appreciate your time and knowledge regarding this matter.
Rhonda
OK.. here is what I see..
Two city owned sections -
First - behind houses on Anne and Eric (674 Anne Ln & 682, 690, 696 and 704 Eric Dr)
Second is at the cul-de-sac at the end of Columbia (houses 891 & 891).
This the link that was sent to me for zoning. The snapshot is also below.
