The City of Molalla doesn’t actually maintain Hwy 211. Hwy 211 is owned, operated and maintained by the Oregon Department of Transportation. Their Maintenance Department is located in Troutdale. I am not sure if and when they intend to make improvements to the roadway but can give you their contact information.
