Dear Ms. Moon,
Thanks for contacting us. Streetlights are owned, operated and maintained by PGE. I will submit the information provided to PGE. For future outages, below is a link to their report system. If either one of the lights is owned by a property owner (one behind Lam's) or a City owned light that hasn’t yet been transferred over to PGE then they will let us know. We had a link on our website but it appears to be an old link and will update it today. Thank you.

Subject: Form submission from: Citizen Concern Form - Public Works
Submitted on Sunday, January 13, 2019 - 2:37pm Submitted by anonymous user: [69.5.104.156] Submitted values are:
Name of Citizen: Carroll Moon
Mailing Address: PO Box 59
E-Mail: moonman@molalla.net
Phone Number: 5033510817
Department: Street
Nature of Concern:
The street light in the alley behind the Spot Again is out and leaves a very dark alley way to pass through, with the pot holes and other trip hazards it would be nice to have the light functioning. Also the street lamp behind Lam's Chinese restaurant appears to have a bad ballast, as it is on for a while then goes off.
Thank you.
