Hello Gerald,

My name is Ty and I am with Factory Homes NW. We are a manufactured home dealer and are wanting to purchase 2 lots over at Loren's subdivision on Toliver and Cascade Hwy.

Before we move forward with our purchase, we would like to get a fee estimate of those lots.

What are the SDC fees, permiting fees, and construction fees for that property?

The manufactured home we would put on the lot would be a 1500sqft. 3bed/2bath with dishwasher, washer dryer, 2 hose bibs and 3 total sinks.
