They worked with us on a remodel of our City Hall. There were numerous architectural errors on the plans and the contractor was willing to work with us to find least cost options to fix the issues. Also, we found unforeseen items during the remodel and I found the contractors costs to address more than fair. Our final price was better than I had hoped. Communication was good even though our schedule and scope changed and there were delays in our structural plan turnaround. Thanks.
