Mr Fisher,

I was just told that the City has established a minimum sewer usage charge. I would like to know where specifically that is published for customers to read.

I was also just told that the minimum charge is $14.12. An increase over last year.

Please tell where I can find it published because none of this is listed in the published rates.

Some of questions I asked this morning about bill calculations were answered with “I don’t know that’s up to the engineers, they’re are smarter than me”. That’s the answer I received when I asked what is the sewer usage rate. It’s listed on the bill as 3.56 which isn’t correct. Why does the sewer usage rate seem to be a big secret?
