I think Gerald would have to make the call on whether or not to credit the account. I think it would be pretty hard to tell how much water was used for that purpose.

I’ve called all but one of these people back. Everyone appreciated the call and said their water is back to normal.

There is one message that I hesitated:

Cordella owns an apartment building at 430 Metzler Ave. She left two messages regarding the brown water. I’ve attached the second, where she states that she doesn’t want to pay for the extra water that tenants have used to clear their lines.

I have no clue how that works, so I’m saying “Nose Goes” on this one!

Good Morning! I have all these voice messages in my inbox from last week about the discolored water. They all either called me directly (x0220) or else were forwarded to me by someone. Some are dialing x0222, and these are also landing in my inbox. I’m not sure where that number is coming from. I’m not sure how they are getting my number directly, I’m looking in to that. Possible the duty phone holder was passing my 0220 extension. In any case, I’m not hearing any questions in these voice messages that require technical answers we don’t all already know. Can someone help me call these folks back? I’m working with contractors this morning and won’t have time, and these are all now 3 days stale. This would be hugely helpful.
