Hi Deby,
Please let the contractor know that they only need to submit a yearly to us if they are working on publicly funded project and we will keep that in the project file. We do not keep a record of insurance certificates for companies on file in case they plan to do work here. Instead, they will be required to print out their certificate and submit it with the permit if they intend to do the work here in Molalla. As long as they have a current copy of the certificate, like the one you sent to me, and they are covered by your company then we will accept it as part of the permit processing. We usually send annually our insurance certificate in the case a project pops up we already have one there. We are not currently working in Molalla, but have in the past on sewer laterals.
