Hi Jacob,
We cannot supply services outside of our corporate City limits. Any properties receiving water in the UGB were grandfathered in when the changes were made years ago. We can’t give out any of that information without you first filling out a Public Records request. Below is a link to the City Recorder page where you can find the records request info on the right hand side of the page. There is a cost in staff time that will need to be calculated in order to supply you with the information you are asking for. Thanks.

My name is Jacob Angelo, with Frank Walker and Associates. I am emailing you today to try and figure out who to contact in order to find out information about the accessibility of the cities water of properties outside of the Urban Growth Boundary. We just need to know if the city of Molalla supplies any water to the properties bordering the UGB, and what is the legal description of those properties if any. We are conducting a mass research matrix of these properties, but we are having trouble accessing this information.
