Ms. Dunmire – Thank you for the comment. We do realize that there may be a hardship for some utility users when fees for service are raised. That specific issue is discussed at length not only by the City Council, but also at a Staff level. The City is not the responsible party for raising rent on private properties. One area that we do believe is important is that if a utility user has a question, that we are able to explain why the rate was raised. If you would like specific information we are happy to oblige.
