Is it still our responsibility or not? We are looking at chip sealing the road before there are two many cracks and would like to know whether we can or should move ahead with this because of incorporation. Also, Brenda probably told you that I came in asking “How on earth can the City of Molalla give a homeowner permission to pave property that doesn’t belong to them and is technically not their driveway?” We have attorneys now working on this, but if you want me to fill you in on what I know call me at 503-737-9104. In the long run, I look forward to seeing this contested piece of land paved for the sake of the owners we are contesting with but there have been too many potential conflicts to let this happen without any asking of permission or even cooperative planning. It’s been interesting to say the least! Anyway, thanks Gerald – Happy Fourth! Sent from Mail for Windows 10
