Hi Jeny,
I looked up your address and you are currently outside of the City limits and the urban growth boundary. We can’t supply water to users outside of our corporate City limits and until your property is brought into the UGB and then into the City we unfortunately cannot serve your property with drinking water. The next time the City moves forward with a UGB expansion, I encourage you to make contact with the Planning staff and let them know you are interested in coming into the City and receiving City services. I don’t have a timeline as to when we will start that process but it will be advertised and notifications will likely go out to properties surrounding the current UGB. Hello,
I'm trying to find out if City Water has plans of expanding in the near future? I just purchased a lot at 13755 S Molalla Forest Rd and I know that City water does not come here at this time, but I believe it is just across the street. Can you point me in the right direction to find out anything about this?
