Hi Connie:
I learned this morning that the egg distribution event will require a Special Event permit through the City. Since I don’t work on those, I was unaware of the requirement. Once you have more event details, please contact Darlene Bishop – she is the City’s Executive Assistant (Dan Huff’s assistant). Her direct phone number is (503) 759-0291. I am told Willamette Egg or the Chamber will likely need a Certificate of Insurance. You also need to have a plan in place to practice social distancing, consistent with the Governor’s Executive Order. Your drive-thru event is likely to have social distancing in mind.

Also, one of my wise co-workers wondered if traffic flow would work better at Molalla Elementary School, since it already has a one-way drive thru circulation route off Toliver.
