Greetings All,

In a best attempt to keep everyone informed, I am letting you know that we have set our first follow-up meeting. On April 2, Dan Huff, Gerald Fisher, Aldo Rodriguez and I will be meeting with a few Chamber Board members to discuss different aspects on development. We will also be handing out a telephone contact list for City Hall. The agenda and telephone list are attached for your perusal.

Tracy Cox sat at the table with City Council Wednesday night. She reported mainly on the parade and the need for volunteers. The City and Chamber are both involved in the parade and there is a need for more coordination. The next step will be to form a sub-committee or plan a meeting of the appropriate individuals to develop a clear understanding of both City and Chamber involvement.

While I can't be an active participant on every project, I do, as liaison, plan to be present at all meetings that I possibly can.
