Hi Grant,

You can proceed when ready. Please note that the contractor does not typically work on the weekends and this may be a better time for volunteers. I will let the contractor know you will be removing the lights from the trees soon. Thanks.

Regards,

Subject: Lights on trees

To: Gerald Fisher, Public works director, City of Molalla

Dear Gerald;

I received a request from one of our Directors to begin removing the tree lights on the Street Trees on the City Streets placed during the Christmas Holiday. In a similar activity I was asked to co-ordinate another right-of-way project with your office.

The information I received is that Sadie had requested the lights be removed within the next two weeks. This will entail several persons, ladders and tools. I will be seeking volunteers to achieve this.

Please confirm our access to the project and any scheduling times or dates that we should avoid. I will attempt to establish a time that would be satisfactory with the volunteers and agreeable to your restrictions.

If possible, communications regarding Chamber activities or projects, will be quickly be responded on if communicated through the Chamber office.
