The location is wrong, they were not on Tolliver Road. Second, both were in harnesses. We have a picture of them harnessed in on face book. How would you like me to handle this? Don't believe the Genie S-85 was even the correct lift.

We received your letter dated November 28, 2017 regarding the use of a Genie S-85 lift to install a Christmas tree without a harness. The work in question was not performed by the City. The Molalla Chamber of Commerce is responsible for all activities associated with the installation and removal of the tree. Here is the contact information for the person in charge of this program.
