Gerald, I don't think the 3/4" water meter has anything to do with bulk water, does it? AND... don't let me get started on "not published in advance"!

The Council meeting has a many listed event tonight. The ODOT appeal is one, but one not published in advance or known to me is the increase in SDC fees for a house with a 3/4 " water meter.
The total SDC fees for this typical home will now be $22,096.44 immediately upon adoption. Last time we had many homes under construction and were not prepared for the increase.
