I installed the one in front of City Hall yesterday. I checked on it this morning, and it appears that the rain last night caused the pigment to bleed out of the adhesive. The material indicates that it is paintable within 30 min. however this might be at standard temp and pressure. I think it will clean up when it fully cures with a wire brush. I’ll leave it alone until the weather improves.
