Gerald in other news, Darlene is sending me Business License Applications for approval by Public Works this morning. I’m fine doing that of course but you should be in the loop on this one for sure: a mobile food cart going in down by Fountain Valley Dental. I see no SDC fees in the GL from them, and I don’t see what the final decision was for charging SDCs to mobile units, or if it’s even been decided yet. I asked Darlene to loop you in.

Hi Christie,
Not sure what this in reference to. You are correct though that the City Council is the CRB and is in charge of awarding contracts. We have to submit to them to award contracts before we can move on to doing the work.

As promised, I’ve continued the search for a Public Contracting resolution. I haven’t located another resolution, however when searching the MMC, I found this:
MMC Title 3, Revenue and Finance.
3.05.10 Contract Review Board.
The City Council is hereby designated as the local Contract Review Board pursuant to ORS 279.055. (Ord. 1999-09)
Gerald, as I’m still navigating through key-word searches and the like here in the CRO, I thought I’d check with you to make sure that I’m not missing something.
