Not sure if this is going to fly. Office is OK. Car(s) onsite for test drives (commercial business operation in residential subdivision) will bring complaints. It’s not a matter of if but when. Planning has the final say on use but that is my 2 cents. PW is OK with a home office.

Good morning gentlemen,
Attached is a business license application for Exodus Motors, LLC. He is a small auto dealer that is just wanting to use this location as his office on record with DMV. He will store any vehicles that he in stock at a different location and occasionally bring 1 over to the location for someone to take on a test drive, then it will be returned to the storage location.
Please let me know if you have any questions/comments/concerns or if you approve issuance of this business license.
