There are no issues fire code wise. However, how will he be limited to one or two occasionally? And what defines occasionally? Neighbors may get upset, just a thought.

Good morning gentlemen,
Attached is a business license application for Exodus Motors, LLC. He is a small auto dealer that is just wanting to use this location as his office on record with DMV. He will store any vehicles that he in stock at a different location and occasionally bring 1 over to the location for someone to take on a test drive, then it will be returned to the storage location.
Please let me know if you have any questions/comments/concerns or if you approve issuance of this business license.
