Good afternoon gentlemen,
Attached is the business license application for Caterpillar Clubhouse. It came to our attention a couple of weeks ago that they have been operating all these years without one. They were notified of the requirement to have a City business license and promptly complied.
Please let me know if you have any question/comments/concerns or if you approve issuance of this license.
