Just a few comments. 1) Her business address and mailing address is two different locations and the mailing address is in Big Meadow. The business address is on South Molalla. 2) Both yes and no are checked in the line IS YOUR BUSINESS WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS. Not sure if that is a typo or if her storage is outside the city limits and the business is inside. Other than that, no issues.
