No issues here. Occupant needs the following:

Metal cans with self-closing lids for oily rags.

2A:10BC Fire extinguishers every 75 feet of travel.

If machining metals like Magnesium, Then Purple K extinguishers will be required.

Exotic metals will need a storage plan for the metals as well as the shavings.

Installation of new CNC machines will possible need permits from Clackamas County.
