Hi All,
Just an FYI that these folks have applied for a Tenant Improvement which will require them to go through Clackamas County Building Codes Division. I spoke to Lt. Penunuri and the fire requirements will be part of the process through the building department, so that is good to go (Mike, please correct me if I’m wrong). Thank you.

Hi gentlemen,
Attached is the business license application for Iozzio Auto Restoration. This has been approved by Police and Planning has approved it conditionally stating “This appears to be a continuation of the existing use on site. If there are no issues from other departments, planning approves. If there are fire or PW concerns I may modify that approval to require the appropriate planning process to meet those concerns. Just let me know!”
Please let me know if you have any questions/comments/concerns or if you approve issuance of this business license.
