Importance: Normal

Fire extinguishers will be required. They will need to do a change of use/occupancy for the space with Clackamas County if they haven’t done so already. This is a very important step and they should not be allowed to open until they have spoken with the County about this. Does anyone know what the occupant load is or how much of the building they will be occupying?. It looks like there will be some changes to the IBC for these occupancies coming in 2021.

Subject: New Business License

Good morning gentlemen,

Attached is a new business license for an escape room. It sounds like they will be open during the weekends.

Please let me know if you have any concerns/questions/comments regarding this license being issued.

Thank you,
