Good Morning Darlene, et. Al,

Hopefully you all have a reprieve from the construction today while they work in the conference room. Planning approves all of these renewals, except:

1. Scandia 535 W Main is a Temporary License and should have a new application prior to renewal.
2. Gary’s Machine Shop reports an address of 565 W Main that we believe is inaccurate. We will need them to confirm the address/addresses at which they operate prior to approving renewal.
3. Pacific Belt reports an address of 525 W Main that we also believe is inaccurate. We’ll need the same verification of addresses from them.

If you want me to draft a letter or something let me know, if not you can point them to me if they have any questions beyond the scope of business licenses. Once we have addresses I’ll look them over again to see if Planning needs to issue them a notice letter like the one we sent out to Molalla Striking Arts regarding the status of the property they’re operating on or anything else.

Attached is a list of businesses that are due for a renewal of their business licenses. In our new way of doing things, I wanted to provide the list to you so each of you can determine if there are any questions/concerns/comments on any of these businesses. Please let me know if there are any that you need information on or if you approve renewals of all businesses on this list.
