Taproom is OK. Brewery is not. That will require a more intensive review that may include sewer pretreatment and a review to see whether brewing activities will comply with the requirements of 17-2.3-190.

Subject: Business License Application

Hello everyone,

Attached is a business license application for Molalla River Brewing Company. From what I understand, they are going to open the taproom (used to be Lumberjack’s taproom) and serve beer/wine, etc. They are eventually going to be brewing onsite, but not to start.

Dan Zinder, I know you have met with Al, so if you have any additional information to share with this group, please do so.

Please let me know if you have questions/concerns/comments or if you approve the issuance of this business license.

Thank you,

Darlene Bishop
