Importance: Normal

I assume that the area being used is less than 2500 square feet. If so, I have no issues. If it is larger than 2500 square feet as per Oregon Fire Code section 902.4.1 a sprinkler system would need to be installed in the building due to the wood dust being generated. I would highly encourage the applicant to keep the operation to 2,500 square feet or LESS.

Subject: Business License Application

Good morning everyone,

Attached is a business license application for a gentleman doing woodworking. Zinder has talked to him and he is wanting to get setup to start building furniture for those that lost their homes.

Please let me know if you have any questions/comments/concerns or if you approve issuance of this business license.

Thank you,

Darlene Bishop
