If this is for office use only, then fire has no issues. However, if he is going to bring vehicles to site, this could pose problems as Lakota lane is a substandard access road.

Subject: Business License Application

Good morning gentlemen,

Attached is a business license application for a car sales business. He has assured me that he is using his home as his office only, he will be delivering cars to customers as he gets them and not storing extra vehicles at his house.

Please let me know if you have any questions/concerns/comments or if you approve the issuance of this license.

Thank you,

Darlene Bishop
