Hi all,

I misspoke in my first go around. Home Occupations and the standards therein are limited to residential zones. This property is zoned industrial. To start the business there, the Applicant would have to go through Site Design Review.

The upshot is that the charitable work wouldn’t fall under that scope and wouldn’t require a business license.

I spoke with the Applicant about these options. Their stated intention is to put off doing the business side of it for now and focus on charitable work.

Best,

Subject: Business License Application

Good morning everyone,

Attached is a business license application for a gentleman doing woodworking. Zinder has talked to him and he is wanting to get setup to start building furniture for those that lost their homes.

Please let me know if you have any questions/comments/concerns or if you approve issuance of this business license.

Thank you,

Darlene Bishop
