Good morning Gentlemen,
Attached is a business license application for North Valley Feed & Mercantile, previously known as NV Feed. They are applying under a new business name, as our code requires. They have expanded their product line to include many Oregon made foods/crafts, this is what prompted the name change.
Please let me know if you have any questions/comments/concerns or if you approve issuance of this business license.
