Hi Mike,

I will be asking Andy to pull the bags from the fire hydrants today. The threat of water theft has likely passed and the hydrants no longer need to be bagged. Thanks.

Just FYI. Just got off the phone with Mr. Ellis. Attorney for Avison. Bill is not willing to replace the water line because as per Mr. Ellis, the water line belongs to the city and it’s the city’s responsibility. Bill is waiting on the business license from the city in order to move forward with the sale of the property that as per Mr. Eilis should have been issued a year ago. I informed Mr. Ellis that I have signed off on a temporary license so that time could be devoted to develop a plan for the water line replacement. I hope that this helps. Just keeping you in the loop.
